Do I need a referral to be seen by any of the Allied Health Professionals?

Not at all! Contact us either via email, phone or the contact us form today to get started!

 

What areas do you service?

If you reside in following councils - Brimbank, Geelong, Hobsons Bay, Maribyrnong, Melbourne, Melton, Moonee Valley & Wyndham city - travel fees are excluded.  If you do happen to reside outside of these areas, this will incur a travel fee. 

My child is unable to do face-to-face appointments, are there any options for us?

Of course! We are more than happy to come up with a plan to suit every situation.  We can provide telehealth consultations, and even telehealth based sport and dance classes to assist and encourage your child to achieve their personal goals.  

 

Are you NDIS registered?

At this stage, we are not a registered NDIS Provider.  That means we can see those who are plan managed and self managed.  Unfortunately we cannot see agency (NDIA) managed.

Of course! We are more than happy to come up with a plan to suit every situation.  We can provide telehealth consultations, and even telehealth based sport and dance classes to assist and encourage your child to achieve their personal goals. 

 

What are the payment options?

There are a two options:

1. Via a link sent to your phone (for select services).

2. Using your chip card or contactless (tap and go) using our machine.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept swipe only cards.

Are you a mobile business?

We sure are! There are also a range of different places where the consultations can take place - The ball is completely in your court! In the home, at a play centre, at the local park, educational facilities, community centres ... Your choice!

 

How long are your appointments?

Appointment times depend on the service, please contact us for more information!

 

Do you have a waitlist?

Things change regularly so please contact us to discuss any waitlists that we may have, and potential waiting times.

Can you come to schools, kindergartens, childcare centres & hospitals?

Of course we can! We can pretty much go anywhere. When it comes to schools, just make sure its okay with your school first!.

Please note we travel to the Royal Children's Hospital and Monash Children's Hospital without any travel fees.

 

How much does a consultation cost?

Please contact us for the current fee schedule as we can discuss any funding you may have and if there will be any out of pocket costs.
